Refund policy

Returns
You can return your items within 365 days. To be eligible for a return, your capsules must be in the original packaging. We will refund:

• Any number of returned UNUSED packs.
• Up to 1 returned OPENED pack (per RecoverUp® formula).

To start your return, simply email us at support@recoverup.co.uk.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1-3 working days.

Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@recoverup.co.uk and send your item to the address below.

To return your product, send it with tracked delivery to the following address:

Please add an order reference (e.g. order number) to your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
